Madhur Bhav completes 3 years this February.when I go down the memory lane, it was February 2013 we started Madhur Bhav. It had been six months,  we had many enquiries but no admissions and I were about to close down. I decided, that I might try a year later. When wandering and lost in these thoughts, the same afternoon, that was August 15th a couple came to enquire. They wanted to admit their uncle and they said he will be travelling from Gujrat. After an initial enquiry, they called me in the evening saying that their uncle will be arriving the same night.I was very happy that Madhur Bhav will be getting its 1st family member. Midnight arrived a man, with rugged clothes , long beard, long hair, palpitation.when I saw him, I thought to myself, whether he would survive even for few days??. Loveable  Barbie Tribute to most lovable Ajji of Madhur Bhav.  When Madhur bhav has just started in flats in society, where one senior Ajji came for few days, as her son was visiting US.She was very fair, good looking, barbie Doll and she would sing pasaydan very well. She went back home after a month , she  would carry her stuff in bag , oil , bath soap, brush , comb and she will pick up from other Ajji’s cupboard too .  I used to wonder why she is like that and may be her nature to save the things for future.  She had mild attack and so again she got admitted to Madhur Bhav and was resident of Madhur Bhav for long two  & half years. She was very complaining type and wanted to utilize all our services as she claims that she pays here to get all those services. Today morning I received a phone call from senior would like to be the member of Madhur Bhav. He had called me three to four times earlier too. He came in the morning and wanted to take the admission immediately and had brought the chequebook with him, I told him that Ajoba we need your son to be here to take admission and let me speak to him, on his request he said that he will stay here and will not go back home. I allowed him to stay with us for a day. When he started speaking about his trouble at home, all my seniors had similar stories around. It breaks my hearts when a fight is over some trivial issues. I kept thinking what complaints made by seniors are genuine or no since we don’t know the other part of stories I console the seniors and advise him. It was my regular evening round at Madhur Bhav- meeting Ageing with Joy all  seniors, talking to them about life always gives you an insight of new things. It's each time a learning experience. One of my supervisor told me that a new couple has come and they have some issues with the staff, so much that they constantly complain about the facilities, food, services. I decided to visit them. Both of them were highly educated. The Ajoba  was  High rank officer and his wife was running  trust  for under privileged children .
